One-step downtime setup for host with all services

Be able to plan downtime for host with all services at one step, currently it is possible only for host and than for all of its services.

ok, this is one long lasting bug, which is finally being fixed. you'll find it in the testing branch, and soon to be applied in git master. finally this will be resolved in 1.0.2
